I love, love, love the mobile app. They really do make expense reports suck less! I take pictures of every receipt as soon as I receive it. This way I don't forget to expense anything. The SmartScan works a high percentage of the time so that saves me time on data entry. I use to take months to submit expense reports. With Expensify I would often submit my report as soon as I received my receipt for parking at the airport; in other words the same day as I returned from a trip.
I am convinced that I forgot to submit up to 5% of expense items before Expensify because I would lose receipts and simply forget about the item. Other times I would remember the item but still have lost the receipt. Then I had to chase down vendors for a copy. I wasted so much time before using this solution.
For my new business I love the quickbooks integration.
