The thing I like best about Pipedrive is there customer service. When I did not understand how to import contacts initially or integrate it with QuickBooks, they were able to help quickly and efficiently.
What I do not like is that there was no way to separate a contact from a company easily. We have some clients who own multiple companies, and being able to differentiate those companies with the hierarchy was a little bit of a struggle at first. It seemed more simplistic than Salesforce, which works well for some companies but we needed a few extra features.
I would recommend to consider Pipedrive if you are a growing small business and looking for a robust solution that tracks leads, sales, and provides reports on what is closing.
The biggest problem that we were able to solve is saving a TON of money. The prior investment we had with Salesforce was thousands per year and this investment was only $12/month per employee which worked way better for a small business.
