"The way conference calls should be"

What do you like best?

Without a doubt the best feature is having a web interface where I can visually see who has joined the call. The ability to to integrate social profiles with various callers and visually track who is speaking is a brilliant solution to a common problem with multiple participants on a call.

Unlimited calling with 40+ international local numbers is brilliant. This dramatically reduced our spend during our regular calls with participants in the US, Europe and Australia.

What do you dislike?

The VOIP feature often seems to create an echo when other users are dialed in by phone. We have not had much success using a mixed mode of users.

We have also experienced very sporadic and rare issues where the call quality is reduced and we must restart the conference call by having all participants drop off and redial. Over the last year this has happened 3 times.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Check the local international numbers to make sure they support your needs. The list isn't as comprehensive as other solutions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a global team with resources in Australia, the US, Europe and S. America we have a global team that needs to regularly connect.

In addition to our internal needs, we have a global sales team using the conference lines to connect with prospects and clients.

Previously we were paying rates per user per minute from InterCall APAC. We would regularly exceed the cost of UberConference for a month of unlimited usage in a single conference.
